Experts from across ICAEW and the Tax Faculty will be providing their perspectives on Jeremy Hunt’s Spring Budget on 15 March. Find out how to follow ICAEW’s reaction to the announcements on Budget Day and the following week.

From live updates on Twitter to tax-related announcements, ICAEW will be providing a range of content that deciphers the Chancellor’s announcements on 15 March. 

On the day, you’ll be able to follow @ICAEW for initial reactions from across ICAEW or @ICAEW_Tax to hear thoughts from the Tax Faculty. 

In the afternoon, icaew.com/Budget will be updated with reactions from across ICAEW, including perspectives from the Tax Faculty, the Public Sector Team and Suren Thiru, Economics Director at ICAEW, among others.  

The day after the Budget, the ICAEW Insights in Focus podcast will record its Budget reaction, featuring Santander economist Frances Haque, Sunday Express political editor David Williamson and ICAEW Managing Director, Reputation and Influence, Iain Wright. This will discuss the context and implications of the Budget and will be released on Friday 17 March. 

The Tax Faculty will provide its insight on key tax-related announcements contained in the Budget. A live webinar on 17 March discussing the announcements will follow this initial coverage. The webinar, which is free for all ICAEW members and Tax Faculty subscribers, will stream from 14:00.
